  • Photocopy of the photo page of the applicant’s passport plus a copy of the passport last page for Indian passports.
  • Copy of a stamped your bank statement covering the last three months with an ending balance of not less than the equivalent of BD300 (equivalent to about 82,000 Kenya Shillings).
  • Copy of hotel booking in Bahrain. Alternately, in case you are staying with a relative, please provide a copy of their CPR Reader’s printout.

When to apply for your Bahrain tourist / short stay visa from Kenya

You can apply online for your Bahrain tourist visa any time between 5 days and 30 days before your intended date of arrival to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

How to apply for your Bahrain tourist / short stay e- visa from Kenya

You can obtain a Bahrain tourist eVisa from Kenya by clicking on the Kingdom of Bahrain eVisa System here and following the steps.

  1. Press Apply for eVisa and fill in the simple form, including details of your passport. Note down somewhere the Application Reference Number supplied.If further applications are required and you want to pay for them all with the same credit or debit card, then press the “Submit another application” button.
  2. Pay the required fee using a credit or debit card (through a secure session with a payment gateway).
  3. Check your application online (using the reference number provided) to see if it has been approved. Your application might take up to 72 hours to process.
  4. You can print a copy of the approval to carry with you when you travel. (This step is optional).
  5. If your application is not approved, you will need to contact NPRA or the nearest Bahrain embassy.
