Got some extra space in your crib aka your home and live in a reasonably safe hood with adequate transport?

AirBnB hosts make as much as some 8-5 jobs if your house is located in an area popular with foreigners or Kenyans in the diaspora such as Ngong Road, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Gigiri, Riverside, etc.

For example, if your apartment or home is in Embakasi, South B/C, or Imara Daima areas, you could very easily offer the convenience of being close to JKIA airport.
I successfully ran an AirBnB business in Embakasi for close to 3 years before moving to other side hustles.
